What our customers think about our products

During the last recent years we have communicated with our customers through yearly mailing campaigns which would consist of a message regarding our current products, new products and those under development. It would also contain answers to the most frequent questions. In these mailings we have consistently asked our customers what was their appreciation of our products, in a small form to be returned to us by mail.

The feedback appreciation scale is fairly simple:
1: Inefficient – 2: Disappointing – 3: Satisfying – 4: Good – 5: Excellent

For all products the appreciation index will be shown in percentage. A product with an average score of 4.13 on 5 will translate into a 82.6% score.

From one year to the next there are some variations of appreciation, they may in fact differ due to the number of feedback for a given product. Sometime the efficiency of a product for a specific symptom creates a “popular” product whose reputation inspire some people to try the product for ailment that are similar to the ones indicated but which could be totally different. Thus the products do not fulfil the hopes that were wrongly created by those people.

However, some products have clearly been improved (higher density of concentration of certain plants, dosage, etc.) in response to feedbacks, observations and product score. Such is the case of BotaDermo, TensioReg, A-Prostine and DynOrgan. This is why it is very important that you tell us what you think and give us your feedback. Thank you!
